The SVMT Method

As a certified Affiliate Teacher, Tina focuses deeply on Somatic Vibrational Mindfulness and Trance-Informed Therapies (SVMT). Physical vibrations release deep muscular tension while simultaneously calming the nervous system.

What is Sound Therapy?

Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) is a profoundly relaxing modality that utilizes the resonant frequencies of sacred instruments to induce a deep state of meditation and cellular healing.

Because the human body is largely composed of water, it is highly conductive to sound. When specific therapeutic frequencies are introduced either on or around the body, they travel effortlessly through the tissues, massaging your cells from the inside out and shifting your brainwaves into the restorative Theta and Delta states.

Key Benefits

  • Deep Nervous System Reset

Rapidly shifts the body out of "fight or flight" (sympathetic) and into "rest and digest" (parasympathetic), severely reducing stress and anxiety.

  • Cellular Massage

The physical sound waves penetrate deeply into muscles and fascia, releasing physical blockages and tension that hands cannot reach.

  • Chakra Balancing

Specific frequencies are used to clear stagnant energy, realign the chakras, and restore a harmonious flow of Qi throughout the body.

  • Improved Sleep Quality

By quieting the mental chatter and entraining the brainwaves, VST is highly effective in treating insomnia and promoting deeply restful sleep.
